New Website & Branding

Challenge

Discover Retail are recruitment specialists based in the Ribble Valley, they came to Workhouse to create a new web presence and online brand for the company. They wanted a website that was not only streamlined and user friendly, but also sleek and in keeping with their boutique brand values.

Audience

Discover Retail cater to a wide variety of clients and partners. Potential candidates ranging from graduates right up to management and even board level. In addition to this Discover Retail work with a variety of employers from varying brands and sizes. The new website would need to appeal to this broad audience.

Approach

The first step was to carry out extensive research on the retail recruitment market, it was important that we understood which keywords potential clients would search and how they would use the site. We also carried out detailed competitor analysis. Once we had a clear and informed picture of who would be using the website, we set to work designing and developing it with the end user in mind.

The end product was developed to work seamlessly with Discover Retail’s internal jobs database. It incorporated multiple search options to enable candidates to find the most relevant roles in the fastest way with the least possible amount of clicks.

Results
