Leading Trade Only Wholesaler, Stax Trade Centres wanted to refresh the look of their email marketing campaigns to complement their new website, whilst maintaining a consistent look and feel with their promotional materials.
As part of Stax commitment to reduce their carbon footprint it was also essential to incorporate the use of e-brochures. The e-shots should create a snapshot of what each promotion or new catalogue contained with a view to driving more footfall and sales through the warehouse branches.
Workhouse created two quintessentially ‘Stax’, but distinctly different email designs for the regular promotional ‘discount’ eshot and the more seasonal ‘catalogue’ style eshot. It was essential that the promotional discount eshots maintain a high-impact look and feel to mirror the “TRADE BUYS” monthly Direct Mail brochures, and a more sleek, minimalist design was chosen to communicate Stax seasonal ranges and catalogues. Each campaign allows customers to view online e-brochures as well as providing a snapshot of what each promotion contains.
The stats are always very positive, which assures us that we are continually engaging the customers.
The next stage is to look at highly segmented campaigns with product offerings that are finely targeted, and responses that are then triggered based on customer behaviour.”
