The Brief
Back in early February this year Workhouse was approached by Mini Magazine to shoot some automotive photography images of Chris Pilling’s stunning Mini for the cover of their 200th magazine.
With Chris being based in Preston, Workhouse Marketing and Workhouse Photography Studio was the ideal place for the shoot. With 3500sq ft of shooting space and one of the largest infinity coves in the North West, Workhouse was able to produce high quality, unique photography of Chris’s stunning Mini.
The Solution
Shooting for Mini Magazine was a great experience and the results speak for themselves, looking stunning both in print and on a digital device like an iPad.
The nature of the shoot meant that a variety of Profoto lighting gear was used, including a large 5′ Octabox and a 6×1′ Stripbox. These lighting shaping tools allowed photographer Andrew Woodhouse to pick out and accent key elements of the car.
Be sure to check out Mini Magazine and see for yourself how great the shots look.
